This simple form we provide can be completed in the privacy of your own home with your own time frame. All of the information produced from the questionnaire is reviewed and discussed along with any other questions the customer might have that would be relevant to the project of choice. This information once gathered can be very useful creating an accurate vision of what is in mind for a final product.
The on site pre-design process includes measurements of the house or structure, landscape area measurements, notification of easements and property lines, utility marking points, overhead obstruction marking, drainage and sunlight possibilities (both present and future), focal point structures incorporated in design and future landscape maturity possibilities. Many things must be taken into account to assure that the proper design is created that applies to the customers needs for present and future reference.
Once all information is gathered we will take it to the drawing board. All aspects of the pre-design process will be weighed and considered during the drafting of the landscape plan. An overhead layout of the project will be created to allow for a visual understanding of how the landscape will look upon completion. An extremely accurate and professional drawing which includes plant labeling and specification, perennial and annual planting notation, hardscape features and full color finished product that easily illustrates the look and feel of the materials used.
Once completed the design is reviewed and explained by one of our landscape professionals to clarify every product and application included in the drawing. A proposal will bed submitted at the same time which lists plant quantity, variety and size. Following the landscape discussion the customer can feel free to go online to the company website where they can quickly find an accurate description of al materials and plants used in our designs. This allows an unlimited amount of time for use of information on product characteristics such as plant growth patterns and rates, available colors, blooming times and harsh weather tolerant such as covering a plant in a cold freeze.
